The W.W.W. (We Welcome Work) partnership held the last transnational meeting in Florence (Italy) from the 14 to the 15th of June.

The meeting, hosted by our Italian partners, Pixel Associazione Culturale and CIPAT, was for us the last occasion to work side by side with our partners, in order to make a follow-up of the project, to agree on the last actions related to results and dissemination events and also to participate to a multiplier event in Florence.

During the first working day, partners have reviewed and exchanged last details about the Job simulator (Intellectual output 3), an online traineeship simulator, available and free of access for both VET teachers and students who want to test their skills and competences in a virtual context. We also presented our progresses and further defined the common features and requirements for last output, composed of motivational videos by companies, a company’s tutor guide and the transnational network of insitutions and companies, supporting the project.

On Friday 15th, a final conference was held in CIPAT headquarter with the aim to disseminate project results, to introduce to the audience the intellectual outputs, their implementation in teaching and training and the possible benefits for all the key actors directly involved.

Each partner contributed to the event, providing an overview of the current labor market situation in the participating countries, the most wanted jobs by youth, the most demanded jobs by national markets and the existing best practices in terms of career orientation and traineeship.

We also spent some free quality time with our partners, socializing and enjoying together the historical and artistic heritage of the city!
