Last weekend the Fair of local wine, sparkled wines and liquors took place in Valencia and two ESMOVIA students took an active part in the event, which has more visitors each year. Elisa and Laura, trainees in CERAI, assisted a presentation of wine tasting.

The interactive workshop was aimed to develop the capability of using the human senses in the process of tasting and enjoying the wine: sight to appreciate the colour of the wine, sense of smell to define its bouquet and taste to feel the flavour. Fruit, floral, herbaceous, spicy, earthy… a whole new world to be discovered with pleasure. Ask our girls, if you doubt it.
