All participants will be part of a European know-how transfer in the field of wood and the contents of the training will be filmed in order to create videos that will be uploaded on the social channels of the project and on the web platform of the project that will be open to everyone and will be interactive, with a view to learning based on e-learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project\u2019s objectives are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>support for the involvement of disadvantaged learners;<\/li><li>encourage the labor market participation, skills acquisition and poverty reduction;<\/li><li>provide young with the necessary tools so that they can anticipate the entry into the labor market and fill the gap between supply and demand for jobs in the digital craftsmanship sector;<\/li><li>promote among the disadvantaged people innovative work practices;<\/li><li>improve the level of competences and key skills of trainers;<\/li><li>create synergy between the participating organizations, the &#8216;National Agency and the European institutions for European projects;<\/li><li>create synergy among stakeholders.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partnership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.co-labory.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Co-labory<\/a>, Italy &#8211; Promoter<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esmovia.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ESMOVIA<\/a>, Spain \u2013 Partner<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eurosuccess Consulting<\/a>, Cyprus \u2013 Partner<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.afnorte.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AFN &#8211; Academia Forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Norte<\/a>, Portugal &#8211; Partner<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ozara.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OZARA storitveno in invalidsko podjetje d.o.o.<\/a>, Slovenia \u2013 Partner<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/modus.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pirkanmaan muotoilu- ja taideteollisuusyhdistys Modus ry<\/a>, Finland \u2013 Partner<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project outcomes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;manual containing comparative study in Europe on the old and new woodworking techniques, machines and tools used and inclusion techniques and methods of disadvantaged people.<\/li><li>theoretical-practical training course for organizations staff on woodworking in a digital key and inclusion techniques and methods of disadvantaged people.<\/li><li>territorial training events aimed at trainers.<\/li><li>territorial training events aimed at disadvantaged learners.<\/li><li>web Platform containing all the material produced during the project, the videos of the lessons conducted during the \u201cTerritorial training events for trainers\u201d and the \u201cTerritorial training events for disadvantaged learners\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As partner of the Project, ESMOVIA will be responsible for the manual to train trainers and training in general with the support and work of all partners.
