Lithuanian cooks looking for Paella secrets
From 20 November to 10 December 2016 we have hosted a group of cook-waiter profession vocational training students from Lithuanian Business and Technology Kaisiadorys School of. The project “Ideas for the Menu” (No. 2016-1-LT01-KA102-022857) was funded by European Union under Erasmus Plus Programme. We have organized for them vocational training internships at various 4 stars Hotels of Valencia. Also visited the famous Gastronomy Fair of Valencia 2016. The participants could enjoy showcookings of different famous chefs and taste Mediterranean food.
During the visit, Lithuanian students have improved their vocational skills, specific professional, main common competences and language skills. Moreover, project was implemented under the ECVET principles: students have learned to prepare various meat dishes and sauces as well as to serve table for hot meat dishes.
