Description

OPEN is a KA2 project of 3 years that supports the creation of pedagogical approach and digital educational tools ready for direct application in the classroom.

Educational institutions from Bulgaria, Turkey, Poland and Spain will pursue updating and practical testing of innovative pedagogical approach based on the development of the French pedagogue Célestin Freinet (1896-1966). The choice of teaching methods are its features that best meet the needs of trainees – educational approach Freinet has a specific trend in the social inclusion of students by promoting collaboration in a group and improve access, participation and learning outcomes of students in disadvantage. Bulgarian partners who are facing a growing number of students from the Roma ethnic minority with a high rate of early failure in project activities rely on the pedagogical experience and support of experts from the partner organizations.

Project outcomes

Innovative products – pedagogical developments for an inclusive education and creation and imprementation of an online toolset will be aimed to reduce pupils facing specific (language and cultural) challenges and create a social environment in schools as internal cooperation and cooperation with parents and other external stakeholders.

Our role

As partner of the Project, ESMOVIA will review the work on methodology of the promoter by giving notes and comments, translate the IOs into Spanish, test the digital platform, participate and organize joint training staff.  During the entire period of the project ESMOVIA will be actively involved in the dissemination of project’s results.

Description

The project aims to disseminate good practices at European level through the training of trainers that can provide innovative skills, in the wood sector, to disadvantaged learners by using innovative, effective and consolidated methodologies. All participants will be part of a European know-how transfer in the field of wood and the contents of the training will be filmed in order to create videos that will be uploaded on the social channels of the project and on the web platform of the project that will be open to everyone and will be interactive, with a view to learning based on e-learning.

The project’s objectives are:

  • support for the involvement of disadvantaged learners;
  • encourage the labor market participation, skills acquisition and poverty reduction;
  • provide young with the necessary tools so that they can anticipate the entry into the labor market and fill the gap between supply and demand for jobs in the digital craftsmanship sector;
  • promote among the disadvantaged people innovative work practices;
  • improve the level of competences and key skills of trainers;
  • create synergy between the participating organizations, the ‘National Agency and the European institutions for European projects;
  • create synergy among stakeholders.

  •  manual containing comparative study in Europe on the old and new woodworking techniques, machines and tools used and inclusion techniques and methods of disadvantaged people.
  • theoretical-practical training course for organizations staff on woodworking in a digital key and inclusion techniques and methods of disadvantaged people.
  • territorial training events aimed at trainers.
  • territorial training events aimed at disadvantaged learners.
  • web Platform containing all the material produced during the project, the videos of the lessons conducted during the “Territorial training events for trainers” and the “Territorial training events for disadvantaged learners”.

Our role

As partner of the Project, ESMOVIA will be responsible for the manual to train trainers and training in general with the support and work of all partners. ESMOVIA will Aalso organize local event for trainers and for trainees, participate in the transnational meetings and send 3 staff members at the training in Portugal.
During the entire period of the project ESMOVIA will be actively involved in the local dissemination of project’s results.

Description

The project aims to improve the quality and the relevance of educational and training offer, especially through international mobility, by developing innovative approaches and promoting the dissemination and exchange of good practices about mobility among companies. The project also conceives transnational mobility as a tool to transfer, through trainees, effective and innovative working practices from one company to another.

The main objectives of the project are:

  • Adapting the education and training services offers as well as qualifications to the labour market’s needs and strengthening the connection among education and job sector
  • Promoting the implementation of innovative practices in educational field and the adoption of innovative methods to raise awareness about transnational mobility among companies
  • Strengthening the key actors’ participation in learning process and the employability through counselling, support and carrier guidance services
  • Enhancing the evaluation of transversal skills and the recognition of practical experience in companies, education, training and youth sector.

Our role

Description

The project aims to promote Worked Based Learning among VET providers and stakeholders in order to provide students with a market oriented training offer and a high quality WBL at local, regional, national and transnational level, thus improving the cooperation between companies and VET institutions.

The general aim of the project will be achieved by:

  • Measuring and spreading the real impact of WBL experiences on the skills and employability of VET students in order to actively engage VET students, teachers, trainers, providers and companies in this practice
  • Offering a quality WBL opportunities to VET students and improve dual-scheme and traineeships’ effectiveness at all levels
  • Offering a WBL quality opportunities to VET teachers and trainers for their continuous professional development
  • Involving policy makers and stakeholders to promote WBL

Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility of individuals VET.

Description

The project foresees the mobility to Italy, United Kingdom, Latvia and Poland of 52 VET students and 14 teachers selected from a consortium of different Valencian VET schools in the fields of Construction and Civil work, Installation and Maintenance, Electricity and Electronics and Gardening and Floristry. Thanks to this mobility, students will get new skills in their field of specialization, as well as new language and other transversal skills, enhancing in this way their future employability.

National partnership

Our role

The project hast been written by ESMOVIA and will be coordinated by us in collaboration with the promoter of the project, FEVEC, and the rest of the national partnership. We will be in contact with the national and international partners and in collaboration with all of them, will manage the mobility, considering the training, logistic and bureaucracy aspects.
